Terms of Service — Soulrune

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Soulrune (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Entertainment Purpose Only

Soulrune provides AI-powered tarot readings, astrology charts, and related content for entertainment, self-reflection, and personal insight purposes only. The Service does not constitute professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Do not rely on readings for important life decisions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using Soulrune, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Account & Credits

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Credits purchased are non-transferable and expire if your account is deleted. New accounts receive 5 complimentary credits; these are provided “as-is” and are not redeemable for cash.

5. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Credit packs are non-refundable once any credits have been used. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; you retain access until the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for full details.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to circumvent credit or rate-limiting systems
Use automated tools to abuse the platform
Share, resell, or redistribute AI-generated readings commercially without permission

7. Intellectual Property

AI-generated readings are provided for your personal use. The Soulrune brand, software, and original content are owned by Soulrune and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soulrune is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days prior to the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
