Refund Policy

Credit Packs

Credit packs are generally non-refundable once any credits have been consumed. If you experience a technical issue that resulted in credits being deducted without a successful reading, credits are automatically refunded within seconds by our system.

If you purchased credits but have not used any, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting support@soulrune.com.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • You retain access to subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused days in the current period
  • Any monthly credit allocation already issued is retained

If you were charged in error (e.g., after cancellation), contact us within 14 days for a full refund.

Technical Failures

Our system automatically refunds credits when an AI reading fails due to a service error. You will see a “Your credits have been refunded” message in the interface. If you believe credits were not properly refunded, please contact support with the date and time of the failed reading.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@soulrune.com with your account email, the date of purchase, and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

EU Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days (cooling-off period) under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, unless the digital content has already been delivered (i.e., credits have been used). By using credits immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that the service has been performed and waive the right of withdrawal for used credits.
